The public hearing was held by the Council on August 23. On September 7, 2010, the Planning Board held a public hearing in its capacity as the town's MRA. There was no public comment at that meeting. The Planning Board voted 3-1 to not recommend approval of the amendment. A report on the MRA hearing is attached.
