The Town's auditors recommend that every year the Town review its list of personal property taxes receivables and write-off any uncollectible tax accounts in order to keep the Town's books current. In accordance with 36 M.R.S.A. §760-A, we are recommending that several outstanding personal property tax accounts be abated as uncollectible. A complete listing of the accounts and order is attached. |
