The Ordinance Committee has introduced an amendment to the Code of Ordinances to replace the current language regarding acceptance of streets. In addition they have put forward a Street Connectivity Policy to be considered. At the public hearing on June 21 the combination of the ordinance and the policy was discussed. Attached is a cover memo, proposed changes to the Land Use Fee Schedule, the ordinance and policy language introduced and heard at the public hearing as well as an amended version that reflects the request to combine the policy with the ordinance, as well as the incorporation of staff and Town Attorney comments. |
