Councilor Breen is proposing amendments to the Council Rules. A memo detailing the proposed amendments is attached along with a copy of the current Council Rules.
According to Section 23 of the Council Rules, "No rule shall be amended or repealed without notice in writing being given at the preceding meeting, and amendment or repeal of any of these rules shall be by Order of the Council." (Amended 8/27/90) |
