Summary:
The Council will consider all portions of the report and first determine whether they can accept the overall report. The Council will then determine whether there are exceptions or conditions pertaining to specific sections of the report. A copy of a proposed resolution is attached. A summary of the recommendations and a copy of the full draft report are attached.
