Subject:	Request from Councilor Fred Chase regarding a proposed amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance, Section 3.13.5 Required Open Space for Resource Conservation Developments and Section 5.31, Net Residential Area. ACTION: Council action is not anticipated.
Summary:	Councilor Chase will present his request to consider amendments to sections of the ordinance that require open space for Resource Conservation development as well as net buildable area for individual lots. Councilors are required to present zoning amendment initiatives to the Council prior to requesting staff time to assist with language development.
