This amendment will allow the harbor master to begin taking people from the mooring moratorium list and assigning a mooring location within the harbor.
A letter of introduction and the initial ordinance amendment language are the first two documents attached. The Town Council, at its March 22, 2010 meeting, requested different language that would clarify some of the intent. This new language may be offered as an amendment to the proposed ordinance language change and is attached as a separate document (CWOrdMooring_041210REVISION.pdf). These amendments to the original proposal are not considered substantive enough to warrant a new public hearing. |
