Public Hearing on the Natural Resources amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance, the Subdivision Ordinance and the Planning Fee Schedule.

ACTION: Schedule Order.
Summary:
The Council will hold a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances as well as the Planning Fee Schedule to implement changes in regulation regarding certain natural resources.  The full text of the proposed amendment is attached.
