Order to accept a proposal from Runyon Kersteen and Ouellette to perform the annual financial audit.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
This order would authorize Runyon Kersteen Ouellette (RKO) of South Portland, the Town's current auditors, to perform the required annual audit of the Town's finances for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010. This audit also includes the school and wastewater departments. The School department business manager has reviewed and recommended approval of the proposal. A copy of the proposal is attached.
