The Green Ribbon Commission on Energy & Climate Protection will be presenting a report to the Town Council on the 2007 Carbon Inventory and Climate Action Plan. Attached is a copy of the Emissions Appendix, the first two portions of the final report (reviewed on November 23 and December 14 respectively) and the the third and final section (to be reviewed at this meeting - last attachment).
