Order to approve a six-month extension for the Time Warner Cable Franchise Agreement and to authorize the Town Manager to execute the agreement.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
The current cable franchise agreement with Time Warner expires January 24, 2010. The attached extension provides six additional months on the current contract, expiring July 26, 2010. Negotiations between the two parties are ongoing and this extension provides additional time to resolve issues and schedule a future public hearing.
