ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
Andy Berube, developer of Foreside Arbors is applying for street acceptance for Arborside Drive, Wisteria Circle and Ledge Rock Circle.  Please find attached the application, Warranty Deed, Light Pole Agreement, and subdivision plan.  Staff have also submitted their report.
