In May 2009, the Town Council decided not to pursue the Woods Road Workforce Housing Project. The 2009-10 Council Workplan contains the following action: "Continue pursuing options for workforce housing - establish clear policies from the Town Council and goals for staff and the Commission." At the November 9 Town Council meeting, the consensus was to disband the Workforce Housing Committee and incorporate the goal of workforce housing into the Town's comprehensive plan. |
