Subject:	Discussion and possible order to support a grant application to be submitted by the Center for African Heritage regarding a project at River Point to manage and operate an agricultural job training program and to repair and replace the access bridge. ACTION: Council action is possible.
Summary:	Representatives from the Center for African Heritage will present a report at the meeting including an explanation about the details of the grant application. A copy of the grant application is attached.
