Staff representatives and the Harbor Committee will present a brief overview of the Harbor Master Plan Study and an updated proposed plan for implementation. A copy of a proposed plan is attached. At a previous Town Council meeting, the Committee was instructed to identify specific implementation steps and incorporate those steps into a succinct recommendation to the Town Council. The attached proposed plan for implementation is in response to the Town Council's request for a recommendation from the Committee.
