The Town Council will vote on a draft order and proposed revised agreement between the town and the developer. A copy of the proposed order and agreement are attached.
The documents presented at the April 13, 2009, Town Council meeting are also attached. This item was introduced at the May 11, 2009, meeting and a public hearing was held at that time. Based on Council, developer and public feedback, a revised draft order and agreement were prepared. Also attached is a memorandum with information about the property owned by the City of Portland in Falmouth.
*There was a minor change to the draft agreement which was posted to this web page on May 22, 2009. The amendment in Section 2 changed a date from October to August and a change in Section 5 added clarification with regard to the Town's obligation to make a decision prior to December 31, 2009. |
