Councilor Libby introduced this amendment to the Zoning and Site Plan Review Ordinance to address the types and numbers on April 13, 2009. The Council has discussed the need for expanding the use of temporary advertising signs for new and re-locating businesses. Attached is an introduction letter from Councilor Libby and the proposed language changes.
The required MRA public hearing was held by the Planning Board on May 5, 2009. There was no public comment at that hearing, and the Planning Board voted 5-0 to recommend approval of the amendments. |
