Summary:	This is a follow-up to the Council's February 9th workshop on the Woods Road Workforce Housing Project. The Developers Collaborative will present a response to Council questions. Jim Damicis of PolicyOne Research has been hired by the Town to conduct and present a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) analysis. UPDATE 04/13/09 10:00 am - all relevant documents have now been attached.
