Order to seek membership in the Greater Portland Transit District and to authorize the Town to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding relating thereto.

ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:
A copy of the memorandum and the order is attached.  This item was discussed at the February 23, 2009 Council meeting.

The Council requested a legal review which resulted in one minor change. The amendment is stated in the MetroMOURedline document which is attached to this page.
