Subject:	Staff presentation on ideas for increasing temporary sign allowances for new businesses without road frontage. ACTION: No Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	Councilor Libby addressed the Council at the January 12, 2009 meeting and requested that consideration be given to allow additional temporary signage opportunties for new businesses that, due to their location do not benefit from the existing temporary sign allowances. A memo from staff is attached.
