During the review of the Tidewater Master Amendment it was discovered by staff that during the creation of the original Master Plan, the Shoreland Zoning in the area of TV1 and the Farm was not amended from Limited Residential to Limited Commercial to accommodate the commercial development. Councilor Dave Libby has introduced this amendment. A copy of the introduction and other supporting documentation is attached. A Public Hearing was held by the Council on February 24, 2009 and another was held by LPAC on February 26, 2009. |
