Subject:	Public hearing and resolution to conserve the River Point parcel. ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	This item was tabled at the Council meeting on January 2. The River Point property is located near the Maine Turnpike, Exit 53, and West Falmouth Crossing. There were no comments from the public at a public hearing on November 24, 2008. A copy of the River Point resolution is attached.
