Order to go into Executive Session pursuant to the Laws of Maine to discuss the possible sale of land, pursuant 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (C).

ACTION: Council action is possible at the conclusion of the Executive Session.

Summary:

This agenda item will address a possible sale of excess or surplus real estate owned by the town. No other public information is available at this time.

If an order is considered by the Council after this Executive Session it could be stated as follows: BE IT ORDERED BY THE MUNICIPAL OFFICERS OF THE TOWN OF FALMOUTH, MAINE, IN TOWN COUNCIL ASSEMBLED: To authorize the Town Manager to sell property owned by the town, and identified as Tax Map ___________, for an amount of $____________, to (buyer name here) with conditions and other considerations as may be deemed in the best interest of the town.
