The Council will discuss scheduling a public hearing on February 23 to determine the future of Pleasant Hill Fire Station. At the Feb. 23 meeting, Fire Chief Howard Rice will present alternative service options if Pleasant Hill Fire Station is taken out of service. A public hearing will allow the public to provide input prior to the submittal of an analysis for fiscal year 2010 budget considerations. If the public hearing is scheduled, town staff will mail notices to the Pleasant Hill neighborhood residents.
