Summary:
Barry Kurland and Andy Hyland will present a brief overview of an enclosed refrigerated ice rink facility proposed to be built at Village Park to replace the existing outdoor facility. A brief background of the concept will be presented as well as a proposed timeline for implementation. A copy of a concept timeline is attached.
