Councilor Armitage and staff have researched and discussed development of a commercial property database for Falmouth. A memo containing staff recommendations is attached. The recommendations, which staff believes are in line with the Council's Work Plan for 2008-9, include a need to start updating the Comprehensive Plan, including its economic development chapter. |
