Summary:
The Town Council has provided staff and the Town Attorney with guidance in the development of an agreement between the Town and Falmouth on the Green Homeowners Association (FOG) in several executive sessions held during the past year. Town staff and representatives of FOG have reached a tentative conceptual agreement that will resolve several issues pertaining to wastewater collection at FOG and in the Town’s general wastewater collection and treatment system. A copy of the proposed agreement is attached.
