Subject:	Order to approve a designee in the absence of the Town Manager in accordance with the Town Charter section 303. ACTION: Council action is anticipated.
Summary:	By letter filed with the Town Clerk the Town Manager shall designate, subject to approval by the Council, a qualified person to exercise the powers and perform the duties of the Town Manger during the Town Manager's temporary absence or disability. A copy of the letter is attached.
