ACTION: Schedule Public Hearing
Summary:
OceanView has presented the Council with some ideas for immediate and long-range improvements to the retirement community. Some of the improvements will require amendments to the Retirement Community Overlay District. Staff have reviewed the amendments and presented their recommendations to the Council on August 10. Based on that discussion the proposed amendment was modified and is now presented for an introduction.
