ACTION: Schedule Public Hearing
Summary:
OceanView has presented the Council with some ideas for immediate and long-range improvements to the retirement community. Some of the improvements will require amendments to the Retirement Community Overlay District. Staff have reviewed the amendments and will present their recommendations to the Council. Staff memo will be attached on Thursday.
