Introduction of amendments to the OceanView Retirement Community Overlay District by Councilor Libby.
ACTION: Council action is possible to schedule a public hearing.
Summary:
Oceanview has approached Planning Staff with some ideas for immediate and long-range improvements to the retirement community. Some of the improvements would require amendments to the Retirement Community Overlay District. Matt Teare has presented these concepts to the Council and staff and Councilor Libby agreed to sponsor.
