Summary:
Oceanview has approached Planning Staff with some ideas for immediate and long-range improvements to the retirement community. Some of the improvements would require amendments to the Retirement Community Overlay District. Matt Teare will present these concepts to the Council and ask for guidance to move ahead in the amendment process.
