Public Hearing and order to renew a liquor license for Falmouth House of
Pizza.

Public hearing on an amendment to the Falmouth Code of Ordinances, Chapter 17, Traffic and Motor Vehicles, Article III, Section 17-92, (a), to add new language as follows: "Johnson Road, from the west end of the municipal parking lot (at the intersection of Route 88 and Johnson Road) to the intersection of Bartlett Way."

Presentation of amendments to the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances to comply with the Town's DEP Stormwater Discharge Permit.

ACTION: Schedule formal introduction of the proposed ordinance amendments.
Matt Teare of Oceanview will present a concept for amendments to the Retirement Community Overlay District at Oceanview.

ACTION: Council action is possible.
Order to authorize the Town Manager to execute an easement from the Town to E.Marie Manganello, who owns property located at 176 Foreside Road, such easement to allow the installation of underground utilities crossing Town owned conservation land.

Staff will present an outline for a proposed economic development resource website as well as a draft available commercial property database for Falmouth.

Green Ribbon Commission
Presentation on an application for federal funding through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for an addition and rehabilitation project at Fire Station #4 (Winn Road), and order to authorize a local match in the amount of $500,000.

Order to set meeting dates for the September Regular Meeting and the October Special Meeting due to conflicts with Holidays per Council Rules.
