Order regarding an amendment to Chapter 17, Traffic and Motor Vehicles, section 17-92, sub section D, of the Town Ordinances regarding parking on Andrews Avenue.

This item was tabled at the November 24th Council Meeting.

ACTION: Council action anticipated.

Summary:

This amendment regarding Andrews Avenue, was discussed by the Council earlier in the year but was never adopted. The amendment will confirm the Council's previous action to extend restricted parking to October 31. The amendment will also allow non-residents to park at the end of Andrews Avenue for the purpose of visiting Mackworth Island but only for 3 hours. A copy of the Council introduction letter and amendment is attached (all in one document).
