The Council appointed the Long-Range Planning Advisory Committee to serve as the municipal reviewing authority as part of the zoning amendment process with a sunset date of December 31, 2008. It was also requested that the Planning Board submit a proposal for procedures to act as the MRA. State statute requires that a municipal reviewing authority hold a hearing for zoning related amendments.
Councilor Wrobleski intends to submit an amendment to the proposed Planning Board Rules of Procedure, which is attached.
