Summary:
This amendment, regarding Andrews Avenue, was discussed by the Council earlier in the year but was never adopted. The amendment will confirm the Council's previous action to extend restricted parking to October 31. The amendment will also allow non-residents to park at the end of Andrews Avenue for the purpose of visiting Mackworth Island and restricted to 3 hours.
