Public Hearing regarding recommendations from the Community Development Department for amendments to the fees and guarantees that the Town collects for review, inspection, and guarantee of development projects.

Summary:
Community Development Department staff has collaborated with the Public Works and Finance departments and Town Manager to develop this fee/guarantee update. Please find attached Councilor Libby's introduction letter and a memo prepared by Director of Long Range Planning, Theo Holtwijk, which is limited to those recommendations which require Council approval. Staff also prepared a memo that reviews all recommendations for each of the nine fees reviewed. The other recommendations speak to internal Town operations. Attached to this summary memo is the proposed new Fee Schedule as well as a detailed background report that staff assembled and used to discuss options and prepare recommendations.
