Order to consider a request from AT&T for a conditional rezoning under the Chapter 8, Article X of the Code of Ordinances for change of use from a Tier II tower to a Tier III tower on ML 356 US Rte.1 Map U53  Lot 004.

ACTION: Council order anticipated.
Summary:
The Council held a public hearing on September 22, 2008 regarding this conditional rezoning request.  See submission documents from  AT&T Mobility, the Town's Article X,Tower Ordinance, and the approved site plan date June 8, 2006.  There are two pages of attachments; the last two attachments are the proposed plans and the staff review.
