A report from Chief Tolan regarding the history of this issue is attached. While there was some discussion at the Council level regarding the spaces at the end of the street, (i.e. resident vs. non-resident, whether they should have a three-hour time limit) this discussion did not materialize into anything substantive enough for staff to make changes or enforce. |
