The Council has discussed at several meetings consideration of a conditional rezoning for 234 Middle Road. This zoning idea was referred to the Community Development Committee. The CDC has met several times and previously submitted language for introduction and discussion. The introduction letter, proposed draft language and Councilor Wrobleski's initial memo are attached. A public hearing by LPAC as required by state statute is scheduled for November 20, 2008. |
