The Council discussed at their August 25 meeting the appointment of either the Planning Board or the Long-Range Planning Advisory Committee to serve as the municipal reviewing authority as part of the zoning amendment process. State statute requires that a municipal reviewing authority hold a hearing for zoning related amendments. Attached is a draft calendar indicating what the amendment schedule would look like both for a sample meeting of the Planning Board and LPAC. |
