A copy of the warrant and sample ballot are attached/linked (there are errors in these attachments that will be corrected at a later date).
On August 25, prior to the meeting, Jim Saffian (town's attorney) is advising the Council to waive it's rules and take action on an order that will amend the prior Local Only Bond Order and the Referendum Order by simply replacing the amount of $5,337,326 with the amount of $5,377,326 each instance it appears. The order is attached.
We have also attach a revised election warrant with the correct amount inserted into Question 2. This version of the warrant should be used at the meeting. The first draft of the warrant contained the same error and has been corrected.
The Council will need to sign the warrant for posting.
