Staff has received notification from Tidewater Conservation Foundation and Tidewater LLC that the conditions agreed by the Council at their June 24 meeting are not acceptable. In addition, the parcel of land expected to be gifted as part of the mitigation plan is now unavailable. Please see attached MOU as amended by Natalie Burns based on the June 24 meeting as well as correspondence from TCF. |
