Hugh Smith, Councilor Libby, Councilor Wrobleski, and staff were asked by the Council to review the CPAC charge, membership structure, and other relevant matters. TA copy of the report (ordinance amendment and letter or introduction) is attached. An updated copy of the proposed language based on Council comments from the March 18, 2008, workshop is attached/linked. The introduction on this item was held on March 24, 2008. Staff prepared an outline discussing how several current land use initiatives could move forward. |
