Staff conducted a review and analysis of the status of the TIF Districts and associated capital improvements in conjunction with the Capital Improvement Plan. This was achieved with the assistance of Finance, Parks and Public Works, Wastewater and Planning Staff. The result is a report on the current TIF performance and a recommendation for and amendment to the TIF Work Development Program. |
