Councilors Wrobleski and Goggin have worked with the Town Attorney and staff in an effort to amend various governing documents associated with this project that will accomplish the goals of the Council and accommodate the request of the property owners and other interested parties. They have met several times and will offer an update at this workshop. The Councilors assigned to work on this project are developing a memorandum of understanding - to be submitted, tentatively, at a later date.
This item is also scheduled for discussion in executive session immediately after this Council workshop. The Councilors assigned to work on this project originally thought that an executive session would be necessary but it is now possible that the executive session will be canceled. |
