Summary:
This appropriation will fund additional days for the revaluation consultant, administrative assistance and an appraiser to complete the project on time. This is a result of the additional, unexpected time required to implement the table driven depreciation schedule, staff training and unanticipated requests for service with misc projects and new State mandates.
