Councilors Armitage and Libby will offer a status report on the Workforce Housing RFP. The Workforce Housing Committee met February 21. They decided to amend the RFP based on the input received from experienced developers. The Committee concluded that the changes in the overall scope of work are not substantive but the number of changes do warrant the Council's confirmation.
