Zoning Amendment Hearings
- A proposed amendment to the conditional zoning district for 234 Middle Road to accommodate limited retail use because of the unique properties of the building and lot. (A previously scheduled public hearing for this item was not held.)
- A proposed amendment to the Shoreland Zoning Map, amending a portion of the Limited Residential District to Limited Commercial on parcels R04-028 and R02-010 in the Tidewater Master Plan Development District.
