Working through access to new elementary school for PTO, FCP staff and instructors.  Process is Matt sends 2 week schedule to school; custodians will ensure needed rooms are unlocked, while other classrooms will be locked.

Continuing to work through transition of Plummer-Motz and Lunt buildings.  Plummer-Motz will become secured/alarmed, with access via key card only.  Have been monitoring boilers and working through other maintenance transitions.  Plans are to still move forward with offering programming there for winter/spring.  Also, planning to advertise use of buildings for birthday party options- several options including planning/supervision by FCP staff.   Lucky asked committee if they had other suggestions for potential short term uses of buildings.
